Muddled Strawberry Champagne

Do you also always over-pour prosecco or champagne? Who cares when you have muddled strawberry champagne, perfect for Valentine’s Day weekend?

  • 3 strawberries (raw works better than frozen, as frozen have more liquid. But use what you’d like.)
  • Juice from 1/4 lemon
  • 1 bottle of Prosecco, champagne or sparkling rose

Step 1

Cut the strawberries into small pieces, and add to a small bowl. Squeeze the lemon juice over the berries, and muddle the mixture until soft. Add it to the flute, pour your drink of choice, and enjoy!
