Plum-Honey Lemonade

When you have stone fruit and a heatwave, what else is there but stone fruit lemonade? This plum-honey lemonade is beyond delicious, and it's super simple to make! No heating up simple syrup--just 4 ingredients (plus mint for garnish!) that come together for a quick and very refreshing drink!

  • 3 medium plums, pitted
  • 3 tbsp honey (or sub maple syrup for vegan)
  • 1 cup lemon juice
  • 1.5 cups water
  • mint sprigs to garnish

Step 1

Add the pitted plums and honey to a high-speed blender. Mix until smooth. Run the mixture through a sieve over a bowl or pitcher. It will be somewhat thick at this point.

Step 2

Add the lemon juice and stir to mix. Certainly feel free to add 1/2 cup of lemon juice at a time to gauge acidity. Add 1.5 cups of water (or slightly more if you use less than 1 cup of lemon juice). Mix.

Step 3

If you’d like to chill it before serving, keep it in the fridge for 20 minutes or so. Or serve immediately with ice and mint sprigs.
