Pomegranate, Black Cherry and Apple Smoothie Bowl

This smoothie is sinfully delicious and banana-free with a lovely texture from the pomegranates.

  • 1/3 cup fresh apple juice
  • 2 cups frozen pomegranate arils, plus more for topping
  • 2 cups frozen black cherries
  • Chopped dried figs
  • Chopped fresh mint

Step 1

Add smoothie ingredients to a high-speed blender, juice first. Use a tamper to mix. It will take time, but it’s worth it! Serve immediately with toppings to your liking. I recommend chopped mint, more arils and dried figs. Smoothies are best consumed immediately to retain nutrients.
