Chocolate-Orange Cream Pots

·

Warm, vegan chocolate-orange cream pots. If it’s orange, it’s OK for breakfast, right? I first made this before sunrise as a snowstorm was just starting. It felt like the right thing to do as half the people in the house were still sleeping: Make something warm with chocolate.

These pots come together very quickly, with just about 5 minutes of cooking time. Stir in the rest of the ingredients and you’re done, ready to spoon chocolate right out of the pot. In fact this dish is really best served immediately, and warm! Plus chocolate and orange are a match made in heaven.

All you need is a small saucepan and a whisk. Can’t beat that! Just make sure to chill your coconut cream in the fridge the night before you make this.
