Raspberry, Pomegranate and Strawberry Smoothie

·

I developed this delicious smoothie the day before Valentine’s Day, and it just felt right. Each of these 3 red fruits has a different flavor and different levels of sweetness. Raspberries are the most tart, and I add a touch of raspberry powder to diversify the flavor with the sweeter pomegranates and strawberries—and the sweet apple juice. I enjoy smoothies with a juice base, rather than a mylk base, because I prefer uniformity of fruit flavors, at least in smoothies.

The necessary cooking tool is simply a blender. Enjoy, and leave a comment below if you try it!
